HOW HEAT TREATING WORKS
Unload & Load Kiln
Customer pallets are unloaded by forklift and loaded into our certified heat treatment kilns.
Seal the Kiln
Kiln doors are securely shut and sealed to maintain precise temperature regulation throughout the treatment cycle.
Heat Treatment
Temperature is raised to a minimum of 140°F and up to 180°F for a duration determined by pallet size and wood thickness.
Remove & Ship
Kiln doors are opened, treated pallets are removed, then stored or loaded directly onto transport trucks.
